In 2004 Dottie and Kevin, 2 of the 3 owners, moved to Dunnellon from South Florida. Originally from Toms River NJ, they went in search for "REAL" NY style pizza. Unable to find one, they called their son John AKA "Pavarotti" himself. John worked at a pizzeria in South Florida and was known for his pizza technique. John jumped on the opportunity and opened the first "REAL" NY style pizzeria in Dunnellon, FL. Now the Pavarotti family has grown including Johns wife Jodi, their beautiful daughter Sophia, and of course our employees and customers are our extended family. John and Jodi are opening "Pavarottis pizza and Restaurant two" in May 2009. You can only expect great service and outstanding food. Since 2005 Pavarotti's has been known for "Cook'in up the best pizza"!
